Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Separate the pulp in two, strain the first half, reserve the remaining pulp with everything and seeds.
In a bowl mix the eggs with the seedless passion fruit pulp, the coconut milk, the sweetener and the anise water. Beat until smooth and airy.
Pour the mixture from the bowl into small containers, add the molds in a tray with water until it covers half or a bain-marie. Bake for 40 minutes or until set.
Remove the molds from the oven and for the topping add the passion fruit pulp with seeds to the molds.
Refrigerate the molds with the preparation for 1 hour. Enjoy.
